How to connect your phone to your laptop (PC) vice versa using Xender.

This method of sharing file is one of the best as it is quite techy. As techy as it is, may people are still oblivious to its usage

Transferring files from Android to Pc or Pc to Android has been made possible through the use of Xender. This unique process takes no longer time to setup.

why should you use this?

Maybe your USB cable is damaged.

Or your PC doesn’t recognize your phone.

Or you want to share large files without the fear of transfer being disrupted by mistakenly detaching USB cable during transfer.

Or you want to transfer several files on clicks.

or just for the fun of it.

I’ll briefly show you the steps to connect xender to PC.

Note: The images shown below are for xender  v 4.6.5. prime

Steps to connecting xender mobile to PC

Step 1:

Open your xender and click on the plus symbol at the top right of your phone screen as described in the image below. If yours is not like the image below it might be due to the version of Xender installed on your device.

Ste 2:

When step 1 is completed, there will be a drop down menu, click on "Connect PC".

Step 3:

It should take you to another interface like the picture below. Click on the Hotpot symbol, then click on "create hotpot".

Step 4:

On your Pc, turn on your wifi, search for the hotspot and connect. The hotspot name should look like this Xender_Ap714F

Now on your PC open a browser, preferably Mozilla Firefox or chrome ( it could be other browsers)and enter the address on your phone, ie http://192.168.43.1:33455 at the address bar. and then press enter.

Step 5:

After opening the address, you will see a pop-up message on your phone prompting you to accept the process. "Accept"

Your android should now be successfully synchronized with your PC.
